Gina Soni Fitness offers a unique program combining yoga and mindfulness practices in a simple way.

My approach incorporates five key elements in each session:

Connect, Breathe, Move, Focus and Relax.

Within these elements students are taught fundamental life skills that are immediately available for daily use.

Support materials for classroom teachers and parents offer easy ways to reinforce learning throughout the day.

There are different interventions and supports through which an autistic child develops and acquires social and learning skills, for example, medications, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language therapy, etc.

But the most effective form of therapy is an early, intensive, appropriate treatment program built on the interests of the child in a highly structured schedule of constructive activities. Yoga is a powerful tool that can teach children how to connect to their bodies, tap into their own personal strength, better deal with life’s challenges, and build connections with the outside world (Ehleringer, 2010).

My program is proved to be a success with the children I am involved with.

Working together with a behavioral therapist institute I personally worked with a number of children in different capacities of the special needs sector.

Yoga, Mindfulness and Fitness can be practiced everywhere and anywhere.

Most hotels now have a fitness center and gym, but how easy would it be to be welcomed with a towel, water bottle, mat and a simple video for you to follow.

Every kid/student is given a laminated copy of instructions with him or her to look over as well as a water bottle.

Gina Soni Fitness bills in hourly increments (to the nearest 1/2 hour) in order to offer you maximum flexibility.

You may use your billed time to offer 15-60 minute classes for your students

$150/hour (12 session minimum)

2-4 Hours
$120/hour (6 session minimum)

5+ Hours
$105/hour (3 session minimum)
