YOGA and mindfulness CLASSES
Tired of setting your fitness goals and not achieving them? Jump start your new, healthy lifestyle
today with our fitness classes or meet with a Personal Trainer.

We spend more of our time working than doing anything else, and researchers have found that these hours are on average the least happy of our lives.
Nearly 80 percent of American adults don’t get the recommended amount of exercise each week (2.5 hours of moderate aerobic activity or 1 hour
and 15 minutes of vigorous activity). Yoga, Mindfulness and Fitness can be practiced everywhere and anywhere.
Gina teaches classes in the workplace and schools and even your hotel.

Testimonials
My friends have been bugging me for a long time about taking Yoga classes. I thought they were silly and didn’t see the point. I’m so glad I finally took a chance, I love it. I feel so relaxed and it is quite a workout, more then I thought it would be. I had trouble with my back and now I feel great, who know that stretching consistently really is important, what a difference. If you think Yoga isn’t for you, you are probably wrong…give it a try!
